DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Holland

Overall we had a great stay and experience here! Our room was newly remodeled and we chose a balcony room, which I was skeptical about because of noise from the pool but we didn't hear a thing. We ate at the restaurant and bar and the food was decently priced and everything was good! When we asked the front desk for anything they made it happen! Everyone is kind and helpful, the hotel is clean. In need of some updates but still a great stay!

Booked on priceline for $77 then read reviews and questioned my decision... The woman at the desk was very nice. I read in reviews that the rooms adjacent to the pool are very humid and moldy so I requested the other building and she was accommodating. Lobby area does show signs of unfinished renovation. Our building had none of that moist/humid feeling of many hotels. It smelled clean. Our room was one of the recently renovated ones. It was clean with no mold anywhere. A/C system was good and a window opened. There were usb and usb c charging ports throughout. As reviewers mentioned our bathroom was an issue. In ours they put this weird barn style door that leaves a large gap between the door and wall, eliminating any hopes of gastroenterological privacy. It also came off track frequently. Toilet seems like its about to overflow with each flush. Shower was fine. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, provided. Wish I checked out the pool, looked interesting based on photos. TLDR: I did not experience the horror stories reported by many reviewers. Staff was accommodating. Our room was modern, clean and an amazing value for $77. I look forward to staying here again.

Even though they were renovating the Hotel, we had a very nice stay. Good breakfast, always great cookies. The hot tub was great.

My visit at this hotel I consider nostalgic since I had been here on a vacation 10 or so years ago. While there was just a minor misunderstanding around a $50 late fee charged to me after the stay, the hotel was accommodating in assisting with a one time credit on this. They were also clear to note that while the first hour of additional stay is complimentary based on availability, further time definitely incurs a late checkout fee moving forward. Also, the renovated rooms are super nice, bringing an element of modernness to the classic DoubleTree feel. I wasn’t given a chocolate chip cookie since I checked in very late, although I hope that this will be made up for during my next stay with an extra one!

Hotel is under construction with renovations, so some things are a little off. It was confusing to find the breakfast at first, but once we got there, it was great. Our server plus the front desk person when we checked in were great!

Loved our stay here! Rooms are beautiful and look freshly remodeled. The hotel is quiet and away from all the bustle of the city but 5 minutes from everything. Highly recommend! Nothing negative to report. Would definitely come back again

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. They are currently going through a major renovation but you would never know it. The staff here is exceptional from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast area. The West Coast Grill is a hidden gem, and Brenda made our breakfast experience perfect. We will be back after everything is done.

Rooms are a little bit small, but comfortable. The pool was not closed and the workout area was small and the eliptical and the threadmill were in poor condition.
